concerts,  Saratoga Flat Track, special events, going out for dinner and nights-on-the-town, etc.

After you complete a Quote Form, we will e-mail you back a quote.
A contract will be attached to our e-mail quote
so that you can fax/email us back your reservation.

Fax # on contract. 
All e-mails and Quote Form will be attached to our contract - so driver has all info.
Kindly email us to confirm we received your contract.

Payment arrangements must be made in advance of service date.   
Checks accepted only when received in office 4 weeks prior to service.
 
Note date reserved on all checks.

Money orders, cash are accepted at any time and
 
 
Refunds, if and when justified, are given only in form of service credits.

Where charges stop and begin.

Charges are from 1st pick up location to last drop off location.
Those locations can be as much as 30 minutes away from our office.

For certain vehicles, locations requiring more than 30 minutes travel to 1st pick up location
and 30 minutes travel from final drop off location, a nominal transportation fee will be added.
A 3-7% gas surcharge may be applied in the future - surcharge depends on
type of vehicle, distance and cost of gas week of your event.
